We have seen this in a few computers running Windows 7. It seems to be a problem associated with using Internet Explorer as your browser.

Fix 1:

Try using Chrome. If Flash isn't working on Chrome it is quite easy to switch on. Search for Chrome in these FAQ and follow the steps.

Fix 2:

If you want to keep using Internet Explorer try the fix in the attached pdf. It is only a few steps and quite easy to do.
