This problem can be caused because our website has been updated but your browser is storing an older version in its cache. Try clicking refresh or reload (usually a circular arrow symbol in the menubar at the top). If that doesn't solve the problem try emptying your browser cache. If emptying your cache doesn't solve the problem check you are not using a trial log in by mistake or that your subscription hasn't expired.
Go to Admin>School Info - there should be the name of your school there and the date when your subscription expires ( which should be in the future!).
