Occasionally when some log-ins are set up a space is accidentally included before the start of the email address.

Try typing your e-mail address with a single space in front of it. If this works go to Admin>My Details and delete the space from your email address.

If this doesn't work create a support ticket and we will set up a working log in for you.

Try using the Lost Password link to get resent your password. 

If this isnt working it usually means you have created more than one log in using the same email address- sometimes people create a trial log in

and then have a log in created for them. Send ius a support ticket and we can sort it out.
